Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy

All UK orders placed include free delivery.

If all the items you ordered are in stock we will normally ship your order within 3 working days.

For special orders, delivery dates will be advised.

Currently we can only ship to UK. 

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product, you can return it for exchange or refund within 14 days, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. To request a refund, you must notify us (in writing, by telephone or by email) within fourteen days of receiving the item. You must include the completed returns form that was included with your order, enclose it with the items and post back to: Returns Department, 28 Oakham Road, Whissendine, Rutland, LE15 7HA . We recommend that you use a recorded/signed for delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we either delivered the item to you in error or if the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds will be credited to the card account with which the order was originally made, but only when returned goods have been received and checked by our Returns Department to ensure that all items are in a new and re-sellable condition. Please note that only the value of the returned goods will be refunded - original shipping costs will not be refunded. Special order goods (e.g. ordered to your specification) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

In the unfortunate event that goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact us immediately on email at info@hoconline.co.uk we will then contact you to arrange collection of the faulty goods and issue a returns number. Please note that this policy is invalidated if the goods are not in original condition or if the fault is due to alterations or misuse by the customer. In all cases any goods returned must be accompanied with purchase sales receipt / invoice.

THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
